However, the more details you give us now the easier and quicker it will be to progress your transaction quickly and efficiently so that you can have your money as soon as possible.

You tell us your requirements. For instance, how soon you need to sell, whether you want to stay in your home and rent it from us or you require a specific completion date etc. Let us know what you want and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

Once we know your requirements we can give you an ‘in principle’ offer based on the information you have given us so far. On agreement we will arrange for a one time short visit to your property. At this point we will have enough information to give you an offer in writing.

If all the legalities are in order and a price agreed we are happy to exchange within 24 hours. There is a possibility that we would need to charge a small fee to cover additional expenses incurred because of the emergency nature of the transaction. We would be happy to reimburse this fee once the sale has completed.
